How it goes

  1. Pitch

    Write to us with the idea, who it’s for, and where you are with it.

  2. Decide

    We read it and reply. If it’s one we want to build, the share, the scope, and the vesting get written down first.

  3. Build

    We design and build the product and get it in front of its first users.

  4. Run

    We keep building and running it with you, as the technical partner inside the company.

How we get paid

In equity

We take a share of the company, instead of a fee or alongside a smaller one.

The share, the vesting, and what happens if the company is sold are all in writing before the build starts.

As your builder, after launch

We stay on after launch. Fixes, releases, and new features come from the same people who built the product.

You run the company. We look after the software.

With money, when it fits

Sometimes we invest in the company too, alongside the build.

We decide that one venture at a time and write it down with everything else.
